Winding Development Oy was founded in 2018 and we are specialized in winding electric motors. We employ mainly foreign winding specialists. The values of our company are important to us, and we aim to create a good starting point and working environment for all our employees. We can arrange furnished homes and necessities, so you can start working with ease. We currently employ approximately 50 employees, and have growth plans for recruiting more.
Development PROJECT
Winding Development Oy have been running Manufacturing Execution System development project, co-funded by the European Union. The plan for this project was to develop and implement a comprehensive solution for Winding
Development Oy, integrated into the FLIQ application platform, for optimizing production control,
utilizing the opportunities offered by automation and artificial intelligence. The project has been
successfully implemented.
